Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused kitchenware in its original BergHOFF branded packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
